At TailVital, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at support@tailvital.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Normal shipping delays
• Used or opened products
• Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@tailvital.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and your intention to withdraw.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products, or to products that have been used and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
